*I understand that all monies owed to the resort in the form of maintenance fees must be paid in full by January 1.

** In any given interval any unit owner who requests a rental will be placed in a rental pool. A 30% deduction will be made per owner to cover the costs incurred in servicing the renter.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If a late arrival is expected please telephone the resort in advance. Mariner’s Point Resort intervals run Saturday - Saturday only! Absolutely no pets are allowed at the resort.
